WHYALLA SALES MARKET UPDATE: JUNE 2020

Whyalla is currently experiencing a demand for rental properties across whyalla. We are getting multiple applications and plenty of interest on all vacancies due to the limited properties available to rent. This is allowing landlords to aim for higher rents and receive a better return on their investment.

If you are thinking of expanding your portfolio or looking to invest for the first time, now is the time! With the previous concerns in the Whyalla region being put on the back burner, Whyalla has some exciting new projects coming to fruition to boost the demand for rentals in the area including the the Cultana Solar Farm and Whyalla Super School which have now been given the green light. You can see the latest local project update here.

Contractors are pouring into Whyalla to work on these projects and need a place to live! Low house pricing and high rental returns; stop thinking about expanding your portfolio and start doing it! Conditions are as good as they will ever be!
