Sales Consultant

To be successful in this role, we are seeking salespeople who have:

• Passion, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• 100% customer service focused
• Excellent negotiation skills or eager to learn
• A self starter with the ability to generate new sales listings
• Have your own transport
• Experience in real estate with a qualification is desirable

Duties in the role include

• Sales prospecting including telephone and mail
• Liaising with clients directly including database management
• Preparing Appraisal reporting and follow up
• Preparing for and attending Open for Inspections
• Prepare Contracts of Sale and Form 1
• Working along side the Principal initially
